Patricia Fisher, CTE Department Head

Mrs. Patricia Fisher is the Department Chair of the Career Technical Education Department. She has been in education for over twenty-five years. She has a Master in Business Administration, Master in Education, and a Master in Adult Education and Training. She is the Chancellor of The Higher Learning Bible Institute International, and has been an adjunct
faculty member at University of Phoenix, and Virginia College.
I believe that Career and Technical Education (CTE) is an educational strategy for providing young people with the academic, technical, and employability skills and knowledge to pursue postsecondary training or higher education and enter a career field prepared for ongoing
learning.
